SAMLET is a village of 12 very different and colourful houses: traditional, rural, cosy and old, but also contemporary, urban and modern.

They are truly prefabricated: pre-drilled, pre-framed and with windows already drilled. Even the interior walls have been wallpapered in a trendy black and white print. As the contractor, all you have to do is glue the walls and roofs in place.

A great idea for a small housewarming gift

Create an amazing fillable advent calendar: buy two sets (= 24 houses) and number them using small stickers that you can find in stationery shops. Then place a small gift or message in each house to open each day of Advent.

Set contents: 12 pre-punched and pre-inked paper houses.

Dimensions: Largest house: 7.5cm x 8cm x 6cm. Smallest house: 6.5cm x 6.5cm x 4.5cm

Warning: never put real candles in the houses to light them up (risk of fire!), use electric lights instead.
